Amazing. I would like to say thank you for your professional service technicians. Our reliable refrigerator wasn’t working well, and we were bothered that it would be very costly to be repaired. But your servicemen quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems. It was a great experience to deal with someone so competent, efficient and professional.

Nice. It works! It works! It actually works! Since the installation of the new damper assembly our 1 1/2 year old refrigerator is actually working as it was designed to. Thank you for your diligence in this difficult repair and not giving up like the other companies did. Take care.

Nice. This guy came within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem with my dryer before even opening it up, fixed it, and was gone in 45 minutes. Totally friendly and smart, and work is guaranteed, he said call him immediately if there is any problem and he'll come back for free. The charges were less than expected, a real breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. spectacular! My towels come out dry as a bone.

Great service. Your Appliance Repair is the best appliance repair company we've ever hired. They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We've had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didn’t know what was going on. Anyway, the technicians who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed my refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect.

Great service. These guys are my real working heroes! I manage a few apartment buildings, and appliance issues are always a problem. The worst is when the tenant calls me at night and tells me that they just bought their groceries and the refrigerator doesn’t cool. Not surprisingly, it's a real mess. But as soon as I call this company service they respond right away and get the job done almost immediately. Their professionalism makes it very easy on me and saves me a lot of time dealing with unhappy tenants.
