Nice. These guys are my real working heroes! I manage a few apartment buildings, and appliance issues are always a problem. The worst is when the tenant calls me at night and tells me that they just bought their groceries and the refrigerator doesn?t cool. Not surprisingly, it's a real mess. But as soon as I call this company service they respond right away and get the job done almost immediately. Their professionalism makes it very easy on me and saves me a lot of time dealing with unhappy tenants.

Nice. We had a washing machine that wouldn't

drain. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and promptly identified and fixed the problem. He is polite, cleanly attired and professional. His fee was very reasonable. We will use him again and encourage you to do so as well.

Nice. He is an outstanding technician and appliance repairman! He looks out for his clients and will not charge for unnecessary parts. He doesn't believe at throwing money at a problem he believes in fixing the problem. He is motivated and dedicated to his profession!

Nice. Great service at a fair price. After putting off getting a GE gas cooktop ignition issue fixed for a couple years, called Shane and everything's back in working order. Highly recommended.

Nice. We had a GE gas cooktop on which only two burners would ignite automatically. Had been using a lighter to light the others when needed. Made an appointment to have Shane come out on a Saturday (at no extra cost!) to look at it. He's very personable, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. He had the cooktop out and found the issue (a loose wire) fairly quickly and had everything working and reinstalled within an hour or so. He'll be our first call should we have another appliance go out.
