First experience I had a few months ago when I called, made order for about $38, I was waiting for 1,5 hours and when I called back, they told me that they forgot about my order.
Can you imagine?
Hungry client ordered sushi and wait for 2 hours $40 order. That's not fine even for Brooklyn service, sorry.
Second experience, I wanted give them a second chance.
I had great peaceful day and wanted eat a lots of sushi this evening with my hubby tonight at home in front of TV.
I dont know who was working today but this Chinese barely connecting a few English words together told me: You better call $1 quality store.
Is that how you speak to your hand picked clients???
Horrible!!! I think no one talk to clients like that even in Harlem.
