Brick Oven Gallery Moved to 7 Withers Street. Now called Kenny's Trattoria!. I went to the new restaurant on this past Saturday and its even better than Brick Oven if you can believe that.

Kenny is still the cook and the menu has been expanded, but the prices and portions are still the same, dinner is large enough for two nights. A must go

Best Pizza in Williamsburg. This place is amazing. I have never before felt the need to write a review...it's a low-key sit down pizza place with decent wine, no wait, tasty salads and of course fantastic pizza. I don't understand why this place is not mobbed.

Feels like home. Hadn't been here in a while, just moved back to the neighborhood, and I forgot what good pizza was like until i came back here to the Brick Oven Gallery. This place is the best little neighborhood restaurant, it always feels like home, you always leave happy and stuffffed! (and not broke either). I had the dinner for two special, a ridiculously huge salad, two pizzas (tartufo bianco and peter's favorite), and a bottle of wine for $45. good deal. The owner says the oven is over a hundred years old, and the only real brick oven in brooklyn. oh--and don't ask him to deliver, he gets all bent out of shape, apparently brick oven pizzas don't belong in boxes. Go meet him yourself, he's a real brooklyn character!

Editorial Review. Neighborhood restaurant serving individual, brick-fired pizzas with prosciutto, wild mushrooms and more, plus paninis.

A lovely, homey Italian restaurant off the main Bedford drag.. I have been dining at Brick Oven Gallery for years now. It is a charming little place that serves pizzas, pastas, and paninis (made from the pizza dough), with an assortment of salads and a few appetizers. The wine selection is limited, but for the most part, reliable and definately affordable -- the priciest bottle costs under $25.

A recent Sunday night around 7:30pm I went there in a group of 7 and we had a wonderful meal and were seated immediately. The service was wonderful and the salads our tables ordered to share were definatley "supersized" -- a lovely gesture from the kitchen. Everyone was pleased with the wine and the food, the proscuitto sushi and the orichetti in cream sauce being the stars of the evening.

One thing of note: Brick Oven Gallery has recently stopped taking credit cards and is cash only. This surprised our group a bit but luckily we had the cash to cover the tab. Also the (718) 963-0200 number listed is incorrect (sorry I don't have the new one handy) but no worries, the restaurant does exist and is open.

NYC's Best Secret!!. Absolutely Amazing! It would be hard to put into words how much I enjoy dining @ Brick Oven Gallery!! I visit my family in Napoli at least once a year and am quite familiar with how pizza really should be...B.O.G. truly proved rumors to be true with their perfect recipe for delicous authentic napolitano pizza. ALL Fresh ingredients backed by a thin crispy 'cornichone' or known here in America as crust. The smoky flavor from this real wood fired brick oven (which I'm told has be in this location for over 120 years) truly completes this pie. I would also suggest trying some of their appetizers, namely the Brick Oven Shrimp which is wrapped in prosciutto and stuffed with sun dried tomatoe. I've also tried all of the pastas and would also suggest those. Well I hope you all get down there, its truly enjoyable to visit B.O.G. the service is impeccable and the hospitality is always so warm. Ciao!

This picky eater says definitely GO!!!!!. The food here is so great. We started off with the flat breads. Excellent. Then the Brooklyn Caviar with eggplant, peppers, anchovies... unbelievable. Our group shared the the large garden salad. The salad dressing is the best I've ever had. The grilled chicken panini with tomato and melted goat cheese...never had anything like it. Such fresh ingredients. We also had two brick oven pizzas, the four cheese with goat cheese shavings, yum! And also a tomato, mozarella, and fresh basil pizza. A simple piece of choclate cake for dessert. One of the best secrets in the city! GGOOO!!!

simply the best. after dining at B.O.G over twenty times now, its official ! not only does make the best pizza in NY , maybe anywhere.

consistantly great thin crisp crust , inventive topping combinations and the smokiness from what is believed to be one New Yorks oldest wood burning ovens......like in Naples only wood is used

for Pizza!

as for the rest of the menu , this is much more than a pizza place...offering such creative dishes like prosciutto sushi.....brooklyn caviar and brick oven shrimp. the salads are huge and well made and the pasta's are not the normanl red sauced slop

you recieve at other pizza houses.

brick oven gallery is My pick for best pizza restaurant anywhere.

Tasty and unique. - the bread at the beginning is super tasty and makes you want more

- the pizza is delicious and comes in personal sizes, however be warned that the "Peter's Favourite" pizza with prosciutto and baby arugula is actually a margarite pizza with cold prosciutto and baby arugula on top, like a salad. It was good, but was not what I thought it would be.

- for dessert we split chocolate cake and vanilla gelato (with espresso), which were tasty, but I thought a bit overpriced.

- overall, if you are openminded, I recommend it. the tomato sauce on the pizza is a bit sweet and adds a unique touch.

thin crusted pizza. I never had anything I didn't like here. The pizza is the best if you like thin crusted pizza. Plenty of choices to make your own creation. The rest of the menu is limited by everything is good eats. Kenny the owner is always there and he treats my family like we are part of his family. We visit at least once a month.
