They are all good...but Sonya...you the best. The wait is a little extra, however, it is worth the wait....sometimes you have to wait when your dealing with a stylists on their calibur

Skilled stylists, but unprofessional. I had an appointment to have my hair done at 10am, and the stylist didn't arrive until 11:15. I asked one of the other ladies to call her while I waited, but she still wasn't honest about how long it would take her to arrive.

I got a relaxer, hair cut, colour and styling. All in, I spent 6 hours in the saloon. I think it could all have been done in half that time. The hair came out very nice, and its been easy to maintain. I'll go back once more to see if the last encounter was an isolated incident.

Soketah's loves the locks!. I have been using the stylists at Soketah's before they opened the shop. I have never had any complaints--with the exception of the wait. However, when the wait is really an issue, they are accomodating. I have gone from relaxer to locks and the lock-ticians are GREAT! They are very professional, they can do just about anything, and my locks look very neat when I leave. I always get plenty of compliments.

soketah does wonders. I just moved to brooklyn and I was having a hard time finding a salon that would take good care of my hair and I couldn't of ask for a better place. This has been the best place that I've ever gone too and for the first time I've honestly seen some amazing results. My hair has been through ups and downs now I finally think I've come to the right place.

GOOD STYLES ON TOP OF GOOD HAIR CARE........ GOOD HAIR STYLES ON TOP OF GOOD HAIR CARE "SOKETAH HAIR DIVAS" IS THE DEFINATELY THE SALON TO BE AT!!!!. THEY CAN MAKE MIRACLES HAPPEN & I HAVE WITNESSED THAT PLENTY OF TIMES.I HAVE TO DISAGREE WITH THE CRITICS ...YES U MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WHILE BUT.... THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFINATELY NOT CHEAP!!!! SOME OF THEM YOU CANNOT FIND IN YOUR AVERAGE BEAUTY SUPPLY. ONLY TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCTS ARE USED ALL THE TIME. I"VE BEEN PATRONIZING THESE GIRLS FOR SOME YEARS NOW, & NOT ONCE WAS I UNSATISFIED WITH MY HAIR STYLE. I LOVE IT!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRLS!!!!!!!

IF YOUR LOOKING 4 GOOD HAIR CARE&GOOD STYLES.... I've been a customer of Soketah since they first opened and everytime is a great experience. These young black successful women strives to make you more beautiful than you already are. Their friendly services is a refreshing change from other hair salons that I've been to in the past. They use top of the line hair products in your hair that leaves your hair healthy and shiny for days. From the shortest hair cut to the longest hair extentsion, I've had it and was never disappointed. Go in looking average and come out looking like a star is where I want to be.

Awesome hair care and styling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Soketah's is an awesome unisex salon. I have to totally disagree that, their products are not CHEAP!!!!!! We all know that expensive is not always good, however I attempted to purchase one of the products that they use, at a local beauty supply store and it was extremely expensive as well as kept behind a lock and key!!!! I must confess that although the wait may be a little while every NOW AND THEN, I am always impressed with my hair!!!!!! My beautician always gives me the time and attention that I deserve. Appointments are offered Tuesday ? Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 or 7 p.m., and just about all day on Saturdays (we must keep in mind, that barbers, beauticians, and support staff have families to care for as well, and do require days and time off.) The salon is located in one of the trendiest Brooklyn neighborhoods, however the prices are fair and they understandably go up with the cost of living. I give Soketah Hair Divas an ?A?.

Bangin' Hair do's by bangin stylists. My experiences at Soketah Hair Divas have all been smooth. When I leave my hair is saying all that I expect it to. They practice excellent hair care and I love how their products leave my hair feeling silky and shiny. I must say that I am also proud of the fact that it is black owned and by young women. They always give back to the community in many ways with their salon family events every year. Through it all this salon is still standing. Although you may have to wait you will be satisfied and proud to be apart of their team.

Average Service. If you like your hair to rock than Soketah's is the place for you, but be prepared to wait all day long. The service is average nothing special. The prices are Ridicules for some styles. But I am willing to pay to look good. I agree the products they use are cheap and if your looking for a professional environment it's not there. If you have severe hair issues, Girl you better stay on top of it! They won't. The hours of operation are only convenient for those who don't work during the day. It is extremely hard to get an appointment after 6PM.

Best Place for Short hair styles. This is the best place to go if you have a short hair style. I live in queens and travel to this place despite the traffic to get my hair done by Sonia. However the atmosphere is unprofessional. The wait time is too long. It's also seems like people hang out in there.
