The only reason this store gets any regard is because they are open really late at night, as far as anything else is concerned everything else about it sucks. My food was burned when it came out of the grill. The server who did the Sat night shift was horrid slow & had a hygiene problem smelled bad not a place to be after midnight cant wait for Park plaza to finish renovations next week.

I don't know where Happy days finds there staff food is cooked poorly and a waiter who served me breakfast in the morning who smelled real bad. Fri and Sat after midnight use to be good when everyone else is closed. I half to be honest that is not the case tried to eat my burger and the meat was falling out of the bun fries were really tasteless. The waitress for the evening shift that night was horrible she was very slow and was making errors with my order. What grossed me out was the fact that she was fixing her hair with her hands and then getting my food from the grill man to serve to me. This is not the diner to be after midnight especially when you want to have a nice dinner will start going to checkers on Court and state st by the movie theater they are open past midnight on the weekends. I will not return here again.

waste of time and $. Happy days did not impress me in terms of food and service. They have some old man waiter there during the day who smells bad, that was some Fri afternoon. The burgers were over cooked and was hanging off the bun.I had to ask for my coffee three different times and the store is not clean despite the renovation they did four years ago. I saw a rat run past my feet and I saw the cook behind the grill with his eyes opening and closing falling asleep on the job. The worst part of it was getting sick the following day wont be back was sick for a week eating there.

worst food and service in the heights.
I have never seen a diner this bad before in the heights.
I came for a late night dinner what a mistake that was. It took a half hour for our order to come through when I went with my date last sat night. The diner wasn't even that busy,
worst part about it was the waiter who was in the evening shift that night smelled real bad as though he did not shower for a few days felt grossed out. He wasn't even coming around to see if we needed anything. I couldn't wait to get out of there and not return.

waiter with hygene problem and stale burger.
I use to come to this diner on Fri evenings while hanging out in the heights been going from one store to the other.I was really annoyed at the server that was there that evening at around 9 while he took my order he smelled.I ordered a burger and fries and the burger was way over cooked and my fries were soggy. I asked him for a Pepsi he brings me water instead. The burger tasted really stale. I had a friend from the area tell me that Happy days use to be 24 hrs now I know why there hours were decreased bad service and food
It was a bad fri evening for me coming out of this diner wont be back.

Breakfast is the only thing to recommend.
once in a while I come for breakfast in this diner around 5am. I tried getting a delivery late night after everyone closed, It took over an hour and 45 min.
I was starving the food was cold by the time the guy got here, open up I see my drink spilled over burger flipped over it was an OK burger nothing to
brag about. Iam just going to stick to my 5 am breakfast every morning and
forget about delivery service because delivery service is lousy.

terrible late night service. My boyfriend and I came here for a late night dinner. The burgers were stale and were sticking out of the bun. I asked for coffee 3 times didn't get it yet. waiter had a hygiene problem and smelled real bad when he came to our table that night. The refills are even harder. It was 2 am just wanted a coffee. whoever lives in the heights and likes this store, would only recommend delivery to the home inside service is lousy. The thing that really annoyed me was my boyfriend got really sick the following day for a week, had to be the food and how dirty this diner was and the few roaches we saw sorry wont be going back.

not really recommended.
I half to be honest the only thing this diner has going for them is that there is nobody else left after a certain time to go eat. The food for the price that I paid was not that great and the service is slow saw some roaches walk past me.
It is very sad that we are running out of good diners, for those who like to eat past midnight then it is OK for them but not for me sorry.

impossible relations. I have felt disappointed in this place it was a nice day yesterday, we wanted an outside table and it took a haif an hour to 45 mins to get seated because there were these retired people who sat there forever. The waiter was kind of rude by saying to us whats the matter with you people there are plenty of tables inside.We started to eat after we ordered and sat but the service was slow and sloppy the guy almost spilled my water on me. I have been hanging out in Brooklyn heights for over 10 years have friends in the area and noticed were running out of quality res. The waiter also didn't know how to add the check he over charged us by 20 bucks it was outrageous couldn't wait to leave never go back there bye

intolerable breakfast. I had breakfast here with some pals of mine and noticed that service was very slow in terms of getting a table and menus our food took 45min to come to us. We started to eat our eggs and noticed they were too soft and soggy. The only thing that this place has going for it is that it is open 24 hours but even their night staff is slow with the dinner boy do i remember that night. Iam sorry even the bacon was cooked way too hard couldnt bite on it. I have seen much better places for breakfast.
