This store has nice things, but they are difficult to deal with and do not stand by their products.. I have purchased several items that fell apart, and they were not very responsive. It took a very long time, and they don't get back to you. I know someone who has purchased jewelry from them and that fell apart as well, and they did not do right by the person. As much as I like the store, and Andie Woo next door, I would not buy anything from them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yes they may have a nice selection of items. But if you run into any trouble with your purchase - and there's a good chance you will - they won't stand behind it at all. In fact, the owner/manager was downright rude, unhelpful and unresponsive when I came to her with my issue. And, it's not just me - I happen to know of someone else who had a very similar problem with them. I just have no words for how upsetting it is. It's a shame because I liked that store at one time and have spent $ in there but just won't go back, and am considering reporting them.

great shopping!. This store is a last minute shoppers dream. It has great selection of jewelry from casual to formal. All the jewelry is unique and well crafted. Handmade has a delightful variety of home accessories: jewelry boxes, pillows, vases, coasters, candles, soaps, cards, and ornaments. Handmade also has a great selection of purses and scarves. Its great to shop there. Buying a gift doesnt have to be a chore when you shop at the right place!

Andie Woo is really wonderful too. Lingerie, pretty pajamas, and cashmere robes make this a luxury store in cozy Cobble Hill. Andie Woo and Handmade next door are one stop shopping for every event from house warming and Wedding gifts to Bridal showers and Valentines Day. The friendly staff are always willing to help find the perfect gift!

great shop to spoil yourself in. Ladies - send your significant other here ASAP! I'd LOVE anything from this store, or the new adjoining lingerie shop. She carries a great variety of HANDMADE jewlery (as well as small home accessories). Most are locally made, some are by international artists. You definately WON'T find the same jewelry at a Flea Market (think Fragments - not corner vendor!). As far as lingerie - you might find labels like Mary Green at discount shops -- but it's not as much fun as pamering yourself in a little boutique and strolling down Smith Street. Even if it's just to browse you'll have a great time! Also, Patty is not rude. I chat with her alot! She is really friendly - but you might have to talk to her first. Alot of people in NY want to be left alone while they shop - sometimes I do!
