Satisfying Experience. overall, my experience was very good. the staff was helpful and i was able to try on a number of different frames until i found the one that was perfect for me. the eye exam was very professional and the doctor took her time to explain how my prescription had changed from my last exam. i was confident that my prescription was exactly right. i would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some new glasses or sunglasses.

Great Selection and Service. So I know i can be a little difficult to please, surprisingly enough this place catered to my needs. I spent an hour looking at about 25-30 different frames (they have a great selection), both the salesperson and owner were patient, attentive and helpful in giving good feedback on how the frames looked on me. I hadn't planned on necessarily purchasing frames and lenses from this place, but i've switched to them for everything - Tks Eyeco !

Not so great. Tend to be rather rude and keep getting my prescription wrong, I just use them because they carry VSP insurance.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. BAD EXPERIENCE! POOR WORKMANSHIP! STAY AWAY! Admittedly, I went to this place because I thought they carried my vision plan (which they don't) my lesson for being cheap. My real grievance is with the attitude of the owner. Every interaction with her after putting down my deposit, was appalling! My glasses weren't ready for me when I expected them, I even called before going to pick them up. Of course I am irritated and annoyed when my order is not ready and the owner was being OBNOXIOUS, RUDE, generally SPITEFUL. She essentially blamed me for showing up, when I said I would, for expecting them to have my order as they promised a week ago? I mentioned I called right? So I cancel one of my two orders. After this news the owner lashes out at me, claiming "I knew you were going to do this?". Really? I didn't know until I made the decision. Apparently she is clairvoyant as well. In response to my canceled order she threatens, they've already started cutting my frames, and blames my first set for taking longer than expected (I'll say, not the 2 day turn around promised). Finally she makes a call and discovers they haven't even begun cutting. What a joke!!! But I am out of luck because one pair is done but she didn't bring them. So I have to come back to pick up my terribly delayed first order, old frames that I wanted to update with a new prescription. When I brought them in, they were extremely critical of how poorly the lenses had been originally set, mind you, these frames were almost 5 years old and well woren. OH MY GOD, you should see the crappy job they did! It's ROBBERY!! My blind grandmother would have done better! Their response they blame the frames for being too bent out of shape?? So why proceed, if you can't do the job? Anyhow DON'T waste your money here, it's a cheap lenscrafters in disguise. OCULUS up street is a WAY better investment owned by people who really care about eyewear, their product, and your satisfaction. This place is a scam!!
