The worst customer service experience Iâ??ve ever received fro. My current rimless glasses have loosened and I walked into this store to see if they can tighten it, I walked up to the lady at desk and waited for her to end her phone conversation, when she hung up I explained to her that I did not buy my glasses from this store and asked if they can tighten the screw on my glasses, I even offered to pay for the service.

The answer I got was short and assertive and most of all shocking: ‘we don’t have a lab in this store, now get out, you didn’t even buy these glasses here’.

I tried explaining to the lady that I just said I was willing to pay for this service, all I heard from here was: ‘get out; we don’t want your business here!’

Gaining new business is not their strong side…

I would recommend anyone that is looking for fair service and decent customer service stay away from this place.

I ended up going to the glasses store down the block and they took care of it nicely and for free.

Ehhh.... I went and got the best assistance with the salesgirl, Sara, for a pair of eyeglasses. Her co-worker, not so much. I guess it was due to the fact that I didn't speak Russian.

When I had my eye exam for my contact lenses, the doctor seemed very condescending, rude and full of himself. Meanwhile, he's behind a makeshift sheet rock wall and uses bottled RUBBING ALCOHOL, not hand sanitizer, to disinfect his hands and was very unprofessional towards me. My followup exam, he tried to make me look like a fool because I felt as if the prescription he gave me was wrong and he insisted that he was correct because he's had "30 years of expeirence". Woopdie doo. That doesn't make you a "professional". His name? Dr. Gamms.

DO NOT DO NOT go there for an eye exam.

Great Selection, great service.. I have been frequenting this store for many years for all of my contact lens and glasses needs and have always had good experiences. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I tend to be somewhat indecisive when making important purchases, but I know that I can always trust the sales people to provide me with honest feedback when I choose glasses there. Afterwards, I always receive nothing but compliments on my selection from friends and family.

The prices there are very reasonable. I have, on more than one occasion, seen the same frame that I purchased at Fashion in Optics for significantly more money at other optical stores.

Never Again. This was the very worst experience I have ever had in an optical store. The staff is not only rude, but very inexperienced and unbelieveably arrogant.

The eye exam was rushed and not at all thorough. After a very pushy sales-pitch I was told that the frames I already owned were "cheap and tacky" looking. I was totally taken aback and couldn't believe that a sales person would say something like that to a customer ! It was quite evident that they just wanted me to buy a pair of their OVER-PRICED FRAMES.

I decided to keep my beautiful frames, which were actually very expensive frames which i had purchased abroad in Europe ! I just wanted new lenses and I was promised that the glasses would be ready in a couple of days The glasses took 3 weeks! It was a nightmare. The prescription was totally inaccurate and my frames were broken by these incompetent people !

I attempted to speak with the owner (who by the way has several locations of this store with the same name and She said that she was too busy to discuss anything with me). She is a despicable human being and very disrespectful.

She said she had no intention of refunding my money and if I chose to I could wait another week for the glasses to be done correctly, but she would not accept any responsibility for my frames.

I was forced to go elsewhere and pay twice. This store should be cited. They are disgraceful, repulsive people and should not be allowed to stay in business.
