Coolest Hair salon in town. This is by far the coolest hair salon in town. Great music, great espresso and of course the best hairstylists in town.... Nobody but Lina (except for my wife of course) is allowed to touch my hair!!!

Moved from Manhattan and my hair is in safe hands. I moved to Brooklyn from the upper east side a few months ago. I came across this salon near my previous apartment. I went and have really had such a great and happy experience. Cindy is my stylist and she is gracious open and loving.

Great cut and good prices.

Fabulous haircut and one classy salon!. Positively the classiest salon I've ever been to, Salon de Quartier is home to the best haircut in town. Lina cuts my hair, and she is nothing short of masterful. The cut not only looked great walking out of the salon, it continues to look great, and it grows out nicely, too! The atmosphere is professional yet friendly, supremely clean, and energetic. Each time I've been, I've been offered an espresso/cappuccino while I wait! On that note, I've never waited more than a couple of minutes for my appointment. These stylists are top notch.

Great cut, great people. This place is fantastic - don't listen to bad reviews. Cindy cut my hair today and did an amazing job. I can't wait to go back in March and get highlights done. Everyone there is nice, professional and they know what you're doing. I love my new salon.

David is best colorist...Dumbo location!. I have to say that I was super excited when I saw a new salon opening in my neighborhood...Dumbo. I am always going to Soho to get my hair colored and it would be great to be local. To my surprise, I was recommended by the front desk to see David for color and I was shocked. His technique of boliage coloring vs. foils is amazing. I am a very loyal client and get blonde highlights every month due to out growth. His technique is perfect. The salon atmosphere is incredibly. The friendly staff, cappuccino, and complimentary manicure with a color appt. need I go on. If you're looking for amazing color & cuts with a great price, come to the Dumbo location. I am hooked at salon de Quartier and will stay a loyal client:)

THE BEST. I followed David Jones, Stylist at Salon de Quartier, what can I say about David? 2 years ago I walked in at a West Village salon with the hopes of finding a ?decent hairstylist? that would cut my hair. The guy at the front desk immediately said, ?he should cut your hair?. I trusted him, but I got to be honest?. I was really scared.

I felt a little bit better when David introduced himself. He?s got the best attitude and an amazing personality. I am very very meticulous and specific about my hair. Well, he immediately knew what I was going for. He gave me the most precise haircut Ive had in my life. I?ve had my hair cut by some of the best in the industry and I found the best a few blocks away. I found a great stylist and a friend. I?ve been lucky.

Best Salon - Must see David!. Salon de Quartier is the best salon I've ever been to. From the moment you walk through the door everyone there makes sure you have the best experience - relaxed and stress free. It's very easy to book an appointment and to get to the Dumbo location from Manhattan. Only 20 - 25 minutes tops!

David is the best! Do yourself a favor and get an appointment with him. I've been going to David for almost a year now and every time I see him I leave the salon feeling like a new person. David knows how to create a look (cut and color) to fit your personality and the season better than anyone I've ever been to. I sat in his chair and told him "I want to be dark and don't know about what cut" and David created a style and color that is just exceptional. I've never had so many compliments on a a haircut and style ever! David really cares about his clients and will do everything he can to make sure you're happy.

Amazing Salon and Service. This is the best salon ever! David is an awesome hairstylist and sincerely cares about what he does and does an amazing job of giving you exactly the right cut/color/style that is right for you. Everyone at this salon is friendly and the service is great and very well priced. The salon itself is super cute, located in Dumbo. David was actually my stylist at a different salon in the city and I've followed him now to his new salon in Dumbo b/c he's that great! I would strongly recommend, and have recommended, Salon De Quartier to everyone!

Love Salon de Quartier. I've gone to several high end salons in Manhattan, and have been more satisified with Salon de Quartier than any one of them. I always get an excellent cut and even more amazing blowout from Vilma. I wish Vilma would come over in the morning and style my hair for me every day! Yelena, the colorist, does top notch work as well. The salon and all of its staff are friendly and warm. I highly recommend Salon de Quartier.

Great salon!. Just had a great experience at the very comfortable and elegant Salon de Quartier in DUMBO with a hair stylist named David who was courteous, professional, and friendly. The cut was beautiful (it was exactly what I wanted), and came with a free manicure. All in all it was a great way to spend a rainy Saturday morning. I?ll definitely be back the next time I need my hair done!
