Great Neighborhood Establishment. Bread Stuy is the best thing thats happened to Bed Stuy. It's a great place to hang out with friends and meet new friends. If you enter alone you are greeted warmly by staff and customers alike. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. It is a great place to come with your family for a Saturday morning breakfast before you head next door to Brownstone Books for story time!!

I LOVE this place. This place is SO great...i LOVE the food, and the coziness of it! The proprietors are HILARIOUS and warm, and make it feel like a home away from home! They don't even tell me that I've put on a few pounds after I've eaten a piece of their banana bread EVERY DAY FOR A MONTH! They really have the best pastries and chai iced teas around!

Genuine community gathering space.
Fantastic neighborhood spot. Wonderful people own this place. Deserves support.
Lots of sugary pastries and a good tuna melt. In the winter, they add 'ginger' to the name, and that's because they've got great gingerbread. Give it a try.
Nothing better than a genuine community gathering space like this one....
