These people are the worst firm on the earths surface. I called and booked an appointment in my very busy schedule to get my laptop repaired. The next day when my laptop appointment was due, I called in late on a business meeting just so i could make it at the appointment time of 9am. I get there and all they told me is come back at 10 am. I told them about the appointment and they told me to leave my laptop which contained important classified information with the security man if i wished to at my own risk. I mean this is unheard of and i believe you would be dum to go here

I wouldn't recommend this company. I took my $200 hard drive to them for repair; these people then told me that it couldn't be repaired. I later found out that this wasn't true. Not only that, but they wanted to charge me a MINIMUM of $2,000 for data recovery, which I didn't need. I said no thanks, and asked them for a written estimate to give to my insurance company. They wouldn't give me an estimate unless I paid them $60. By then fed up, this I also refused. They get one star, however, because at least they didn't charge me to drop it off for a diagnostic.
Pros: None come to mind.
Cons: Not helpful or honest; way overpriced.
