Editorial Review for ChipShop – by Rebecca Braverman
In Short
ChipShop brings traditional British comfort food to Park Slope with a unique blend of punk-rock aesthetic and kid-friendly appeal (there's a $5 kids' menu). The takeout-only counter around the corner is perfect for on-the-go eats, but the casual dining room is a comfortable spot for chowing down on fish and chips, shepherd's pie, Welsh rarebit and Heinz baked beans.

Had an very positive experience at the Bay Ridge Restauraunt. Fish batter was crunchy and the fish tasty and fried to perfection. Chips (fries) were moist and well done, the way I like them. Teddy can make you feel right at home. Don't be put off by english humor its part of the experience! Lighten up and enjoy..............
Pros: authentic
Cons: parking in bay ridge can be difficult (try below 3rd ave)

I am not drawn to fish sandwiches, but I came in here with my son and ate a great fish sandwich. I stayed away from the fried twinkie, but maybe I will come back. It is worth the trip. The fries (chips) were very good too!
Pros: Melt in your mouth Fish Sandwich
Cons: Deep Fried Twinkie?
